How can you say none of the sleep disorders fit you. You describe one to a tee. Teeth grinding is called bruxism and is a sleep disorder and can effect the quality of sleep you get. It usually goes along with periodic leg movements in sleep or sleep apnea.

You need to see a sleep doc. Take the sleep test on this site and see how you score.
