Hi
Iīm 28 yrs old, had headbanging since I was about 6 month, and I havenīt still found out why iīm doing this or what it depends on, but in my lastest year my headbanging seems to increase, I do it more offten and sometimes harder then before, somenight I headbang so intensive so I get wound in my forehead.
Strange is I still not have any kind of headache, and if move my bed so icanīt headbang into anything , I will wake up following day as a not sleept at all, it seems to be necessary for me to headbang into something hard (like a wall or sililar), but my neigbours is not so happy about my nightly events....
