shadowmen and night terrors

Posted by Ki on October 11, 2002 at 21:25:40:

i have had encounters with the shadowmen as well. im an 18 year old female and since childhood i have had them. the situations seem to be related to night terrors.
i remember when i was about one or so, i had the first "dream" i can remember. a tall man with black hair and a black beard walked into my room and stabbed me in the thigh with a knife, remember i was only one and had no idea about knives or how cruel people could be, thats why i am so skeptical about it. i think it has something to do with these shadowmen. when i was around three to five years old i actually began to see the shadowmen. i saw them in my room, at the foot of my bed or standing on the thresh hold of my bedroom door. i think there was usually one at a time, or just one in particular that watched me. it had the appearance of a man's shadow being cast in the darkness. i could see that it was very tall, about 6'3 or so, and it had no face. when it stood on my thresh hold, it would have its arms up, like it was hanging onto the wall, or leaning on it. it looked like it was blocking the room so that i couldnt get out. it would just stand there all night, staring at me. like it was keeping watch over me. it gave me terrible feelings too, like it was something dangerous. a force that should be respected. about three times in my life i woke up startled and scared to death with the feeling of all the world's hatred, all the world's fear, all the world's malice curled up inside me. i think they put negetivity in you so that you wake up feeling scared to death, (remember they feed on fear). its like their harvesting it from us. i felt cold, malicious hunger from it as well. they are something that is empty. i think thats why they feed off of fear. well anyways, i would be in my bed with the covers over my head, shaking...almost every night...as it watched me. once in a while i would peek out and see if it had left, but to no evail. sometimes i got so scared of it i would scream or wake up screaming, after it gave me a bad dream or something. other times i couldnt take it anylonger and would make a run for it to my parent's room and slept with them. i would go as far as to ask my mom to sleep in my bed with me so the "dark man" couldnt get me. she had no idea what i was talking about.
to this day i still feel that thing everywhere i go. it still watches me, and gives me bad dreams. resently i woke up, paralized with a voice in my head, it sounded real deep, and EVIL. it was telling me things, that i now forgot. it told me secrets about itself i think. the only thing i remember was when it called me it's Evil Minion Servant. i get paralyzed in my sleep all the time, and have learned to over come it - i completely relax my body, do not panic, and relax my mind and focus on thinking, "this is my body, i will regain control". soon enough my arms started quivering and i was able to move my head, while it was still talking to me..i was awake when this happened. then i freaked out and with all my might i shouted, "I have to wake up now!!!" and slowly, i regained control of my body. what does that mean? why do they do this? what do they want? i am a threat? in what way?
i believe they enter my dreams, as well as others, and mess with my mind. i have had dreams of figures chasing me around, where i had to fight for my life. its like slow torture. they dont go away until they have you. i read a post in here once about a "Dream Lord", well i dont know if that is true, or about the shadowmen being his minions, but i do know that there is another being, whether human or other, invading my dreams almost every night. he is arrogant and very rude and can take on different forms or disappear and reappear. he is invinsible in my dreams. i had a dream where i beat the crap out of him, i thought, "thats the last of him!" but he got right back up as if i had done nothing to him in the first place. i dont know what the deal with him is. its not me,i have tried very hard to stop dreaming about this presence. and it does feel like another presence, like its alien to my mind. it scares me and feeds off my fear. i have to put up with it alot.its kinda hard coming out with all of this. i dont think i am even supposed to talk about any of this. like im not aloud to or something. if anyone knows what im talking about, id like to hear from you. i think that if we all talk about it and figure this thing out, we will gain ground in a very unusual struggle. we have to be open to everything because anything can happen and this universe is open to all possiblities. if we dont talk about it or atleast express what we are going through, they will have an advantage over us. i used to think i was alone about these shadowmen, until i found this sight. how did i find it? i was searching for sleep disorders and found night terrors and then this. this is not a mass halucination, this is not a hormonal imbalance that happens to a certain percentage of the population...doctors say that about everything they dont understand. and if we continue to keep silent and ignorant, we are in big trouble.

thank you...and somebody please help me out here!
