Sleepwalking

Posted by NiteNinja00 on November 02, 2002 at 19:50:55:

I need a little advice about my boyfriend. He has been sleepwalking a lot lately and I'm worried that he is going to hurt himself or fall down the stairs. Neither of us are getting enough sleep because when I feel him get up I usually wake up too and try to get him to come back to bed. He's also been urinating all over the house on some occasions. Everything I've read points to the fact that he hasn't been getting enough sleep lately. Are there over-the-counter medications that can be used? He's too embarrassed to go to the doctor.
