I always seem to talk in my sleep. There are even times when I am told that it seems like I am awake and caring on a real convo. but when I wake up in the morning I have no idea that I was even talking to anyone and then there are times when I am just talking and no one has any idea what I am talking about. Is there any way I can control talking in my sleep?
