Thank you for telling me what you think is the matter with me. I don't think that it is my mattress, because this happens no matter what type of bed I sleep in. I have always had problems sleeping well for as long as I remember. Even when I was a little girl. If you don't mind maybe you can help me with a couple of other problems I have been having, sometimes I walk in my sleep and I always talk in my sleep. I have done this my entire life also. It is really getting to the point where it seems like the moment I fall in to a deep sleep I start doing this. Is there anything that I can do to put a stop to this or to the fact that my body temp. rises when I sleep or that I can't seem to stay asleep if I get more then 4 to 5 hours sleep a night or that I am always moving in my sleep.
