anti-snoring medications

Posted by Lazy Suzan on November 14, 2002 at 11:26:32:

I've been seeing a lot of advertisements for over-the-counter anti-snoring medications and wondered if they worked. I had a septoplasty a few months ago which helped some and I have been told I do not have sleep apnea, but I do wake myself up snoring sometimes. Also a rattling in my upper throat. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
