Latex vs. visco mattress dilemma

Posted by Tweaker on November 14, 2002 at 23:34:31:

I must say that my maddening search for as much info. on mattresses as I can digest has really put me out on that thing that I am desperately trying to facilitate - SLEEP ! One day I am sure about visco, then the next I am positively sure that latex is the answer. I like the comfort of visco while at the same time appreciate the firmness of latex. Conversely, I can picture myself feeling too constricted on visco and too "bouncy" on a latex mattress.

I'm wondering whether the Englander latex/visco product marries the best of both worlds. I am also somewhat concerned about the longetivity of natural latex. Any comments based on experience with this mattress would be greatly appreciated.
