CO poisoning and hypersomnia

Posted by nancyjjs on November 20, 2002 at 17:52:44:

Does anyone know about hypersomnia following an episode of carbon monoxide poisoning? I was exposed off and on for short periods of time over several weeks to CO at the 500 PPM level, and the biggest problem I have now is needing to sleep 12-15 hours a day and feeling tired the rest of the time.

A month after exposure ended, Provigil was prescribed and I am just starting to take it. Has anyone else had this experience?
