What do you see when having nightmares?

This could be the night hag since many people gets it while sleeping in surpine (On Back) position.

Do you feel a crushing sensation on your chest and can't move your body?

My sister sometimes gets these and she leaves her body as an astral form.

I never had nightmares within 6 years as same as being sick in my life too.

Do you get a myoclonic jerk while having nightmares?
