no restful sleep

Hi,
I have suffered from insomnia for about 5 years, and have taken lorazepam for those 5 years, and it has worked(thank goodness), but over the last 6 weeks I have noticed that although I "sleep"(with some trouble) I wake up and feel like I have not rested. I start to yawn, my eyes burn, and my head has this sick, hollow feeling, with a terrible headache that persists. I am having trouble functioning at all now, since I can barely do anything. I researched deep sleep and it appears that I am not getting restorative sleep. I feel helpless and am very troubled.
Any information or if anyone has thoughts. Please, please post.
