Dream too much

Posted by Ellen on December 14, 2002 at 19:08:41:

I have alot of different sleep problems but I was wondering if anyone would know what this was and why. I read another post that was similiar to this. It was talking about alwayd being in a dream state. Experts say that you dream in REM slepp and that is usually after previous stages of sleep. How come as soon as I hit the piloow I'm in a dream like state. I have about 6 different dream themes a night all usually being a horrible nightmare. They are all detailed story like dreams. I usually know when I'm having these images but cannot break myself from them. I feel exhausted the next day because of this. That is of course if I'm sleeping at all. I have problems going to sleep at all anymore. But I think one of the reasons is because I'm afraid to dream! I also have a history of sleep paryalasis and Fibromyalgia. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Does anyone know what to do about it?
