sleepwalking

Posted by AnnaTeeman on December 19, 2002 at 08:03:30:

Hi,

Hope you don't mind me posting this. I am working on a 2 part BBC TV documentary on sleepwwalking including sleepeating. Unfortunately we will only be filming in the UK but if there are any UK members on this forum who would like to take part then do please get in touch. I work for BBC Documentaries department and this is an in house BBC project made by the same team that worked on a recent documentary on narcolepsy. The BBC's Documentaries department has produced many award-winning
programmes and series on a wide range of topics, particularly those that require sensitivity and a considered treatment. They are generally long-form programmes, which look at issues through individuals' personal stories. The Department's work is too much to list here but to give you a flavour, it has recently made programmes looking at adoption and Tourette's syndrome.

In addition, as a result of its reputation as a trusted programme maker, the department has also gained access to film the work of a wide range of institutions and organisations. These range from Government departments (the UK Foreign Office in `True Brits', the Ministry of Defence in `Defence of the Realm', and the Immigration Department in `Welcome to Britain'), to the work of those treating children in the long-running series `Childrens Hospital', and access to London's Tavistock Clinic in`Talking Cure', a series following those going
through psychotherapy.

Do get in touch if you are interested in taking part.
