Turbinate Reduction Question

Hi There,

I had Nasal Somnoplasty done a week ago and still can barely breath through my nose even when its not stuffed. Does anyone know if I should be feeling any improvement at this point or am I jumping the gun ? Any feedback would be appreciated.
