sleep painful erections

Since many years I am suffering from " sleep painful erections", which let me awake several times every night, so that I am often exhausted and very tired during the day. Day-time erections are not painful. Several urologists and internists did not find any affection.
Sleep painful erections are not known for them.
Several therapy-attempts for example with diacepam, clozapin, amitriptylin were unsuccesful. Some medicaments make worse my sleep disorder.
The recommendation of a sleep-expert to take the medicament clonazepam (small dose) at night was the best. So I take this since two years, but there is no healing and now I am very habituated to this medicament.
Is there anyone who knows an effective therapy, perhaps a healing from this sleep disorder?
