I too, grind my teeth at night. My dentist took an impression of my front teeth and made an "NTI Device" for me. It snaps right on my top teeth at bedtime and keeps my top and bottom teeth from touching throughout the night. It took a few nights to get used to it but sure does the job intended. There are websites for NTI Devices...use your search engine. I hope this helps....it sure has saved my smile!

Good luck,

Vivid Dreamer
