auditory hallucinations

Posted by Delonbesson on January 17, 2003 at 22:37:29:

I suffer (not on a regular basis) from sleep paralysis. However, I have noticed it tends to occur if I wake up in the early hours of the morning and cannot get back to sleep. If I am awake say, for an hour or more, I will tend to have sleep paralysis on falling asleep. I also sometimes wake up in the middle of the night convinced I can hear a telephone ringing or the doorbell. (for some reason that happens a lot). I am quite stressed out with three children. Can anyone recommend any herbal remedies that might help please?
