hey ive had the same thing happen to me today and i dont know what it is but i have to find out. i see the shadows and i cant move. but with me i as soon as the shadows left i was able to move. i tried everything screaming, moving and the most i could move was a finger. But i found a way out try to breathe deeper. it releases the paralysis a little. i was able to flip my body over alittle because i wanted to know what the shadow was. but it took to long. im goin to find out what it is i have to i cant even sleep right now its the first time it every happened.
