moaning during sleep

I have for several years been told that I always moan and groan in my sleep and sometimes sweat until I am dripping at night even though the temperature in my room is kept 67 degrees or below. I am a 24 year old female and I am not over weight. I AM TIRED OF BEING TIRED. Do these symptoms sound like something you have heard of? Could this be sleep apnea or something else? Please help?
