Hello RLS Folks
I'm 48 and I've had 3 back operations and one neck
fusion. Just a genetic misfit I guess :)
Anyway, Just about 7 months ago or just shortly
after my last back surgery I was getting these cramping feeling in my legs..(deep) like in the
bones of my thighs. I usually take one Vicoden in the morning and one in the evening (sometimes one a day only) with one Ibuprofren.
But the condition seems to be getting worse. After rubbing my legs and then punching them. (Feeling suptid for that..but I'm losing my mind and BIG TIME SLEEP !!) My RLS is mostly at night time and while I watch my wife and daughter getting some great ZZZ. I'm in the living room rubbing my legs and considering cutting off my legs or blowing my brains out. (Just kidding there..if you can relate my fellow RLS) The Vicoden doesn't seem to help much and I usually finally fall asleep after
sleep depervation takes over and puts my butt to sleep.
Well, thanks for listening RLS people.
