Trazodone is simply an antidepresant and it can induce sleep. Sleep medications don't seem to work for a lot of RLS suffing patients. Talk to your doctor about trying a muscle relaxant-(soma) ,a benzodiazapine-(alprazolam), and if all fails try a narcotic-(hydrocodone or oxycodone). These are all controled substances but I can almost garantee that one of them will work!
