Posted by Joan on August 02, 1999 at 20:15:54:I've been going with little to no sleep for months now & I've always needed my 8 hrs. My "jerking legs" problems has gotten worse lately, and at 43 I don't seem to require less sleep, but more. Everyone at work blows it off to stress due to our industry. Admittedly, theres a little of that, but jerking legs and no sleep sure don't do anything to decrease the stress. I've talked to my doctor about it a couple times, but he puts me on anti-depressants like Paxil and a sleeping pill. The anti-depressant does nothing and I really hate to get hooked on having to take a sleeping pill. How can anyone be this tired and NOT SLEEP??
Thanks for letting me sound off.
