at www.surf.to/rls you will find a wealth of information, as well as links to other sleep sites. When my RLS was new (I realize yours is not) large doses of folic acid stopped it for four months. Now that has no effect. I know someone who uses quinine pills - no effect for me. If you read the myriad postings on this site, you'll find other remedies and how they have affected people. Same with the letters at surf.to/rls.
