Posted by Lynne-NC on August 12, 1999 at 14:14:08:So my story begins...I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a month ago and have been on my CPAP for a little over a week. Since my CPAP did not calm down my legs as the doctor hoped it would....he told me I've been running a marathon a night...he has now put me on Mirapex. I started out with .125 mg x 1 at bedtime for the first three nights, then I moved to .125mg x 2 at bedtime for the next three nights and finally I'm now at .125mg x 3 at bedtime for now. This still has not slowed my legs down and I'm still in the marathon running. I also should mention that my legs
don't quit moving during the day. I jiggle whenever I'm sitting and constantly am teased about it by bosses and coworkers. Not that I care about them much but I get sick of hearing it. I've been hearing about jiggling my leg since I was a little girl. "Sit still!" the teacher would yell! I can't help it though. Whether I'm asleep or awake. I just move my legs without even knowing I'm doing it. Does anyone else move their legs for no reason whatsoever? I mean, I have no pain in my legs. Granted sometimes I have some tightness in them so I do move them for that especially
when driving. Help! Anyone have any feed back?
