Thanks for your notes and yes I've had a sleep study done, one for diagnosis which I can out with
34 events an hour and they said I didn't keep moving my legs all night long. I then had a second sleep study done with the CPAP and now I have my own CPAP at home with a level of 9. Do you have sleep apnea too? I also have a problem sitting still during the day. I constantly am jiggling my leg but do it without really noticing until someone makes a smart remark about it. I know they mean no harm but after years of hearing the remarks they get old.
I have never had a daytime study done, what do they do for that? I'd appreciate any feedback you
have. This is all new to me.
