My legs never feel nervous nor do I. It's just something I have done so long I have no explanation for why I do it. It's just soothing to do. The only time I feel tension in my legs is
when I've been driving any distance over an hour or so. Then I have to stop and get out or stretch good in the car so I can continue my trip. I think your onto the right track as far as nerves are concerned though. I think it has something to do with some type of nerve control. Have you been diagnosed yet? Are you taking anything for it?
I appreciate your comments so far, thank you!!
