Posted by alea on August 14, 1999 at 20:35:12:It has been five years since I have been able to work because of RLS and other health issues. I have been considering filing for social security benefits. Has anyone been successful in obtaining benefits when they can no longer work due to this problem. I am 57 years old and have had RLS for at least five decades. I understand that RLS is a recognized disability under the American's with disabilities act. Does anyone know if this is true.
