Started at 7 Months Pregnant.......H E L P !!!!!!!!

Just had a brief moment to scan the posts, but didn't think I saw one touching on the pregnancy issue.

I haven't slept at night for 5 weeks now, and I work 12 hour shifts to boot. This agitated compulsion to move my legs and flop around all night is killing me. I figure I have only a few precious weeks left to get a good nights sleep and I now cry thinking about bed time.

Is anything relatively safe at this point in pregnancy?? I mean, the baby is formed and healthy, right?
