Posted by Curious on August 18, 1999 at 20:03:36:I have had bouts of restless legs and lack of sleep for 3 years now. It runs in my family. Recently though, it has been constantly striking at night. Someone told me about Valerian, which I bought in the health food store. It seems to be working. I was told it is often prescibed by physicians in Europe and it is safe. If anyone has any info about it and have also found this to be true I'm curious to know. Thanks
