Valerian worked for me when my symptoms were not so bad. When they got worse, the Valerian actually made it worse. As time went by, anything that was supposed to CALM a person down would do the opposite for me. The only thing that works for me is pain medication. I'm very careful with it and just take it at bedtime. Good luck, I'm glad Valerian works for you. I wish I could find a natural cure !!
