About an hour before bedtime I take my usual 5 mg of Oxycodone (generic for Percocet) and then I do my Yoga workout. It's a basic beginners workout and you can get the tapes anywhere. Believe me, I don't chant or anything! It's easy. First of all, I get a great workout because my RLS is the worst at night. I can't sit down to do anything. And before I started taking my medicine BEFORE the workout, doing the resting poses (you remain very still) was impossible to say the least. No I get a great workout and then I go straight to bed and straight to sleep.
Just thought I'd suggest this to anyone who might want to try it. We all have to stick together, right?
