I don't normally move my arms but I wondered if you are taking any meds for your RLS? I am on mirapex for mine and it has been working great.
Mirapex is a non-narcotic like many of the pain medicines are. There is an on going flip flop of pain meds vs mirapex (which is actually a parkinson's disease drug). My doctor suggested the mirapex since I'll be on it long term. I'm not sure if any of this will help but at least let you know you have options.
