There is a posting by Barbara on May 8 in which she references a number of sites about RLS. I think one of the sites includes a really good article on dietary influences. (at least I think that is where I found it.) It suggests that low iron (even well within the "normal" range may be a factor. There are also some other dietary things that I don't remember.

Other than that, there are some drugs (mirapex is the one I use),and some people report some success with really extreme exercise (like four hours a day!)

Read through the postings in this forum, and you'll find out more than you ever will from a doctor!
