Works for me!

Posted by Katie on August 26, 1999 at 20:33:16:

Hi! I've had RLS for years. Tried Quinine 3 times but it made me deathly sick. The only thing that helped was Valium, but it made me too tired the next day. Since June, I've been taking 2 Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc tabs and 1 Venastat in the AM, and 2 Cal/mag/z & 1 Venastat & 1 Potassium 10meq in the PM. I still had the "creepies" for a couple of weeks, but none after that, and it's been over 2 months! I've never gone this long without trouble. None of these things are bothering my stomach, and I'm not drowsy the next day. I even sleep better at night! I don't know which of these things is doing the trick, or if it's a combination, but it works for me!!!
