Posted by Sharon on August 28, 1999 at 10:35:56:Hi, I'm amazed to find that what drives me nuts at night trying to sleep, has a name! For years, I've had restless legs, in bed especially, but sometimes when sitting for long periods too. Hate airline flights!!Sometimes my hands get it too, but only when trying to sleep. My new husband calls it the "squirmies", and it's now driving him nuts too. Good to know that it can be helped though!!
