Have had RLS since a back injury 46 years ago.
My wife has learn from a helpful chiropractor how
to twist and "pop" my lower back when I have a problem sleeping. This does relieve the stress on the nerve and calms my legs. I have also learned the technique and help several of my friends and my 83 year old Mother. Never have found anyone that it doesn't help get through the night. You might try to find a "helper" like I did years ago.
