Posted by Robin on August 29, 1999 at 23:48:39:Does anyone have any suggestions for a type of mattress that would lessen the amount of jiggle when legs twitch?
We think my husband has PLMD and I can't get any sleep. I've gone onto the couch, but I have a 4 month old baby and need to get better sleep...it's 6 of one 1/2 dozen of the other...no sleep in the bed, but no backache. Some sleep on the couch, but it kills my back. I'm thinking that maybe a futon would help because there would be no coils and so it would absorb the movement better. Any advice out there? I've also heard second hand about a mattress that has two individual sides where one person could move and the other person wouldn't feel it. Please help me, I'm desperate! Thanks.
