I wake up at least 3 times every night. I usually associate it with a need to go to the bathroom. However I have difficulty sitting still during the day. I go crazy if I have to sit in one place all day. My legs need to be moving. I cross them and uncross them strech them out wiggle around. It can be distracting for others. Luckily I'm the boss
Any advice?
