I'm currently taking Mirapex .25mg., Sinemet 25/100, 4 at HS, 700mg. Neurotin. and continue to have problems obtaining sleep. Mo more extremity movements, but inability to simply fall asleep. Neurotin, 400mg. worked at once, like a miracle, but soon the effects wore off and 300mg. were added. Now, after 2 1/2 mos. I can't obtain sleep again. Good luck, what works for one person may not work for another. GH
