Hi Terry,

I took 900mg of neurontin before bed time each night for about 3 months. I found the drug ineffective in stopping my twitching legs so I have discontinued it's use. I also found Mirapex ineffective. The only drug I have taken that actually makes your legs stop twitching is Sinemet. Sinemet has some bad side effects so I only use it when it looks like I'm going to be up all night walking around. I depend on 3mg of Klonopin to knock me out each night.
