Agree with Pat for you to check the website. You need to learn more about other options and others experience. Your Dr may not have latest info. When I first learned about Carbo/Levodopa from UC Davis Med school it was considered best treatment available. Now it is said majority of users consider it unsatisfactory. I had a long difficult time with it til I was switched to Mirapex.
