I too was just diagnosed with RLS,
after 19 years of suffering and searching
for an answer to me jittering, crawling legs.
My Dr. also prescibed sinemet, but after
reading the side effects and the fact
that 85% of the persons given this drug
develope augmentation, I feel it is unsatisfactory
alternative. I personally feel due to my own very
hyper, high strung disposition that clonapin would
be a more suitable drug for me. For one I also
have a seizure disorder and valium a family of
clonapin is sometimtes used in seizure disorders.
Could anyone give me any advice? I would prefer
not to have to take something that has to be used
every single night/day.
