You are right to be concerned, but you need to run this by your family doctor or school nurse if you have one. There are 84 separate diagnosed sleep disorders alone, or your symptom could result from a different health problem. There are a lot of caring people on this forum, but none of us should attempt to "guess" your underlying problem based on a single symptom. You need to get a complete physical, and tell the medical professionals about your "dizzy spells." Let us know how things go. Best always.
