I do the same thing. It's comfortable to move a leg or foot. I've always done it to focus my energy far away from my head so I can fall asleep. Now I realize just how much an inconvenience this all is. I don't eat at night because it sets it off...and I try to keep the carbs down too. Don't want to give my legs more energy than they already have.
