Yes, I am learning to eat early dinners to avoid the late night 'marathon' that my legs will be running if I eat late, and that includes pretty much anything with carbs. I bet I've won the Boston Marathon hundreds of times. 80) I get tired of late nights with unspendable energy, when my brain wants unconsciousness.
