I recall that my RLS/PLMS was worst while on Paxil for about 1.5 yrs, but never noted the link back then, so can't be sure.
While trying some over the counter sleep aids I bumped into St. John's Wort recently. Had always dismissed it as likely useless, but now think otherwise. It has a NICE anti-depressant effect and if ANY effect on the RLS/PLMS at all, it is to give slight relief.
Paxil is known to cause sleep difficulties in some people.
