Posted by deborah on July 09, 2000 at 19:43:31:My restless legs have been keeping me from sleeping and I've just now read lots of info about this, but how about my hot feet? For many years the bottoms of my feet get so hot they turn red and just burn, keeping me from sleeping. Almost always at night, and only when I am lying down. Doctors over the years have had no clue, and now I am without health insurance. Any ideas on what it could be and what to do about it? I am not taking any medications. It's a frustrating problem interfering with my life.
