Klonipin should help you get more sleep at night-ergo, you should not be so tired during the day. Did he tell you to take it an hour before bed-time? That is when it works the best for me(I take it for Myclonus). If you have the time, whenever you feel the symptoms coming on don't just sit or lie there, get right up and do some walking, knee bends, treadmill or some such activity because you'll probably have to later anyway. 15-20 minutes ought to do it but not necessarily! When I had it bad I would have to get up 3,4 or 5 times a night! Good luck!
