... oh yes. Eating anything after 7pm definitely causes my PLMS to be worse. Carbohydrates seem to be the culprit. The Atkins diet of almost nothing but meat, skip the carbohydrates, works for RLS/PLMS in my case. Definite relief.
This and the vitamins/herbs are a year's worth of concentrated searching for relief after the Doc's pretty much settled on meds as their answer. The meds are not enough alone and I'm not going to take massive doses for the rest of my life.
Last night though... no sleep....
