Magnesium for RLS

Posted by Beverly Christensen on July 22, 2000 at 05:12:38:

Saw a message from Patrick re magnesium. Tried 200mg five days ago and finally had a full night's sleep. Was taking 3 tablets of Senemet and yearning for more when I tried the magnesium. I finally have RLS only from noon until bedtime with relief from Senemet. Now I can sleep almost straight through without any problems with magnesium. I am grateful.
Has anyone had any problems with Senemet?
